Ordering on Parodhiye is simple:

1. Browse your desired product category.
2. Select the product and add it to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
4. Make a secure online payment Or Choose COD (Cash on Delivery).
5. Receive a confirmation email with order details.

Yes, we deliver Pan-India using reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Note: After you place an order, the first 1-2 (business) days are our Shipping Time.

Currently, we accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash On Delivery (COD). 

NOTE:

1. Don’t place COD orders just for fun or if you are not sure!
2. We might call you for the verification of your COD order for our records.
3. In case of place COD orders and do not accept them, we might block your access to our site.
4. We can also collect a small amount before dispatching your COD order as a part of confirmation.
5. In case of not accepting your COD order, shipping & return charges will be paid by the customer.

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns for perfumes, incense, or food-based items.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package’s journey. For any further assistance, you can always reach out to us directly from our Contact Us page.

Please contact our customer support within 24-48 hours of delivery with order details and images & videos of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
