Return & Refund Polices

At Parodhiye E-Commerce LLP, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a hassle-free resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a return request must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the item does not match your order.
  • Quality Issues: If the product has any quality-related concerns (subject to verification).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including:

  • Personal care items, perfumes, air fresheners, and incense sticks (unless received damaged).
  • Food products, handmade ghee, or perishable goods.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at aavo@parodhiye.com with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Attach clear images& video of the product, packaging, and invoice.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions and pickup details.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags & accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

3.1 Refund Processing Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT within 10-12 business days.

3.2 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product is returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Accessories or original packaging are missing.

3.3 Refund Rejections

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The return request does not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • The product is found to be used, tampered with, or not in resalable condition.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products. If an exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Order Replacement Policy

  • If the replacement request is approved, a new product will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Cancellation Refunds

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
